What does he mean by "nearly going out of business"? They had rich American owners before their current rich American owner. Were they genuinely close to administration only a couple of years ago?

If not, Brenda is making a horrendous comment.

And another one. You can't big up yourself by belittling someone like Dalglish. Dalglish Mark II still won a trophy, and only had one season so never got the chance to improve league position.


My crystal(bul) ball is telling me Liverpool are gonna have a less-than-inspiring start to the season. Time for the obscene luck they've enjoyed over the years to really take a hammering.
