There is absolutely no doubt that Lambert had a decent season in a just about average side last year. £4m

And there is no doubt that Suarez had an incredible season in a side that hit its bootstraps big time for some reason. £50-75m (depending on who you believe).

Lambert is a 32 year old target man who has at most 2 more premier league seasons left in him. Lukaku is 21 and is only going to get better. I know who I'd prefer.

Lambert scored 2 less than Lukaku and most of you guys would say he had amazing season no? (just putting it into perspective.) I guess its like every club though specially rival clubs how crazy people rate their own players to others.

I remember reading a thread how Lukaku was pretty much twice the player of Sturridge and was already better than him by xmas that thread had disappeared into the wilderness.

A lot of Liverpool fans(even Everton) had you guys struggling last year, yet look how that turned out likewise for you guys assuming we would be [Poor language removed]. Be interesting reading few peoples comments come Xmas entering into Jan when the league starts to settle down, i would have a guess few people will be back tracking on few of comments on making few excuses.
