ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

It looks like a test of honour now for gnashers. So many players have knocked Liverpool back it looks like he's determined he can personally attract a top quality big name signing. The suspicion must be that Rodgers has an inflated reputation and the word in the game is that he's a massive fraud. No top player wants to work with a [Poor language removed] like him.
You must be on a wind up or deluded, I've read maybe 5 of your posts and you Sir are bitter to the core as well as delusional.

There running out of options now

They need a big marquee signing after losing Suarez

Mirror saying Bony is there no 1 target, My arse he is, Likely he's the only target who's not knocked them back

The only thing that makes it wrong is the 2014 tour bit.

Just a Liverpool show of respect would be well received, and the thought is actually a nice one, but slap the words 2014 tour on it and its like the start of a grim tour of disaster areas. That's the Boston bombings done, where next on the tour? Ground Zero, Nagasaki, Thailand, Stoke?

You're right.

They dont even need to put Liverpool on it. A blank wreath would of been enough.

They're stupid if they don't realise that people can see they're using tragedy as a marketing tool.

Any sort of tragedy.

Which is sick really.

Really in poor taste.

Reus is 'back in the frame again'. Apparently he hasn't yet signed a contract extension with Dortmund, so that means he's going to negotiate with Liverpool after today's game.

It looks like what they're doing now is to go back through the list of players who've already laughed in their faces and see if there's any change in attitude.

Why cant these people just face it: Suarez and Agger underline the flow of traffic...and it's defo not going toward Anfield.

Has anyone seen the rumour that they're going to announce a "big name striker" signing very soon?

Vennegor of Hesselink is a very big name.

You must be on a wind up or deluded, I've read maybe 5 of your posts and you Sir are bitter to the core as well as delusional.

At least if you met him you wouldn't be in fear for your life. You wouldn't have to tread on eggshells when discussing his footy club of choice. You wouldn't catch your breath when you feel a slight criticism of his team may have upset him.

Rather bitter and delusional than sick and delusional.

Oh good...more toe curling.....Rodgers showboating again in the red tops today. Shameless self promotion with a picture larger than the text and a plastic, insincere smirk eerily reminiscent of Al Pacino in "The Devil's Advocate". All the usual blowbag talk...end of 25 years of title torture "If it doesn't happen this year, it will happen soon"...and the biggest con of all..."We proved last season that we can handle the pressure of a title run-in". But you didn't, did you.

“We proved last season that we can handle the pressure of a title run-in. I know people will point to the Chelsea and Crystal Palace games, but they should look, instead, at our last 14 games'.

Great isn't it? They proved they could handle a run in...except the last three crucial games when the title was won.
