Seriously though, I know Sky have to fufill the Monday Night Football thing but over the busy Xmas period, a 24 hour advantage is huge.

Liverpool and Swansea will be a lot fresher today than teams that had to play yesterday.
 
They get one less day to recover before the New Years day games. Anyway don't worry about Liberpewl. Your rivals are now City and Chelsea in the race for the title....

I disagree. We won't get near the title - it's just Van Gaal talking us up, so the players believe - it's good management. I remember Moyes was the opposite - he liked the 'underdogs' tag.

We are in competition with Arsenal for 3rd. 4th will go to one of Spurs, Southampton, us or Arsenal.

All in my opinion, of course :)

So what you're saying is that both the teams playing each other tonight will be fresher, so they are of equal freshness.....if that word can be used in conjunction with the RS.......

I'm feeling very low at the moment as an Evertonian. Can that Jim Lahey guy patronise me please. Tell me Martinez is great please. Can you remind me why we are better than Liverpool but not really. Thanks please.
