There is also the "Sorry we missed you Title card". We tried to deliver the title today but you were out. Time 1990. We've left it at your neighbours up the M62.

I see the 'Reds Jury' from this morning's Anfield Bugle has an in-built insanity clause judging by the remarks today....

"....it is difficult to understand how Phil Jones, Wayne Rooney and David De Gea all escaped further punishment for their actions, yet Martin Skrtel now faces a ban for a genuine attempt to win the ball....."

Philately will get you nowhere mate.

Hypocrisy of the Kop fraternity in the media.

Redknapp branded Costa a disgrace for his accidental stamp, then Gerrard lost his head in a moment of madness.

Is there any other club that has such a raise their skirts for a bob of media punditry like the kopites, no dignity, YNWA and what not.

They should seriously have a benifit night for all there has beens (using that term loosely) to stop them selling thier wares for any editor willing to offer them a score.

It just beggars belief that any sane person could think that was a genuine attempt to win the ball, I could sort of understand if they had said that it was a genuine attempt to avoid collision but to 'win the ball'???????????????????

yep. i don't mind their mindless drivel, it's just that it's in the media. lock them all up together away from media and get them to moan constantly there - not everywhere i look!

it was mate,

If he hurt de gea enough he wouldnt be a problem anymore for him to get the ball and score.

I thought that as well....but then thought back that these people are the ones who approved of Suarez's psycho behaviour and made ludicrous excuses for him too. It defies any normal logic...but in their world their lunacy is moulded via their distorted siege mentality. One of the other contributors to their Echo panel is even questioning the support of Werner and Co from FSG....yes the very ones who apparently rescued them from 'the other cowboys'. Its getting to be a seasonal a habit them falling apart at the seams this time of the year and of their own making too each time....after giving the poor Kopites so much hope in their hearts. Aaaah.

Some RS-friendly media outlet, can't remember who, probably SKY, referred to the deliberate stamping as "a challenge".

Liverpool Echo
Sky Sports
BT Sports

Pretty much 90% of 'neutral' Sports Media outlets above, take your pick !
