Yes think with a 6m buy option built in, no idea if they can call him back after a year if he's not getting game time. Saw a link that said Barca were interested inhim, sounds unlikely but apparently he plays well formthe Spanish u21s.

That's probably about £15-20m on players who've contributed nothing to them, a huge waste of money that can never be recouped. His ability to piss money away seems unparalleled in top flight football.

Tbh think Harry Redknapp has that one sown up.

Think some of the buys will eventually pan out but whether the performances they give in the meantime will be enough to keep Rodgers in his job will be interesting.
