I do not think the Milky Bar Kid was being overly supportive of the idea of it being a purely a stepping stone and something unimportant.

I took it as if it was a clear criticism of the general consensus of Liverpool fans whereby it was perceived almost as an entitlement; a certainty.

They're talking about Wembley in the video, however they could easily be talking about the shed across the park - it's all unravelling around them.

The whole Anfield atmosphere and European nights bounded about by the media and their army of 'non-attending fans' is in the mainstay a myth.

My Uncle is a ST holder and he is the first to say it's flat, stale and unimaginative. Too many tourists with selfie-sticks who've bought into it.

It all helps stem the long standing concept of entitlement within their ranks. They've been sold a dream based on a mixture of history and folklore.

And they still guligbly believe it: they expect to win competitins without effort; their cult like fans naturally look downs on others.

In their mind's they are a Premier League winning, Champions League conquering team with an all holier than thou fan base.

How can Thompson sit there and spout that all the cash has gone on youth in pursuit of their moneyball policy and that this year experience needs to be bought. At least 60mill last year on experience. Suppose if it doesn't work then the mantra on the media must be that it never happened.

Their sense of entitlement is astounding. It's pretty funny though, most of them probably became fans in the 80s or early 90s when they were winning everything in sight, they signed up for a piece of that and got nowt. No wonder they are so insane.

Imagine someone choosing to support utd now for a chance at reflected glory, and they go on a 25 year trophy dry spell. That's why kopites are so unhinged.

their sense of entitlement is what i buzz off. every single summer their fans think they should be after the best managers in the world and the best players. they actually think they can prize players who are starters for real madrid and barca ala benzema and sanchez. the fact they've ended up with garbage for decades now just makes me piss myself laughing.

all saying it's time for klopp. haha, idiots.
