Bit a bizarre interaction between Gerrard and Rodgers after the sub, too.

Gerrard is a warrior in enemy territory. He wanted to be carried off on his shield with the blood of his enemies dripping from his fingers, not made to trudge off to boos.

Warriors, shields, blood of enemies.
Probably believe in Dragons and unicorns too

Yeah, but this is Steven Gerrard we're talking about. He'd probably end up slipping on his enemies' blood. Followed by John Terry whispering in his ear "Chelsea send their regards."

Aids or watching Everton give Liverpool a Guard of Honor at Goodison?

Some good drugs on the market now, right?
Not going to happen on 3 counts. One we never play them that late in the season. Second we nearly always play home game first and finally it ain't gonna happen anyway

He's past it. If they spend a huge wedge on him it will be funny.

He has just helped Juventus get to a semi final of the CL.
He has just helped Juventus win Serie A with ease (okay its not the best league).
He probably has a better pass and set piece ratio over many players in his position - over a much longer career.

Im ahuge Pirlo fan though......

Bizzaro you idiot !

Pirlo is a top class player. I am not sure he will be suited to the premier league though.

Pirlo is quality, no doubting that, just think the prem would be too quick for him, he wouldn't get the time on the ball as he does in Italy.
