Hate saying it, but if the Mancs pay £50m for Sterling, I think the redsh**e will be pissing themselves with laughter.

On the outside yes but it's a show, they are paining very bad that the player they had earmarked to replace Suarez as making the magic happen in the opposition half is jibbing them off and moving to Man Utd as a very public stepping up.

And I will dine out on it with them all throughout summer, it's guaranteed spittle out of the side of the mouth and storming out of the pub.

Typical redsh**e behaviour, built Sterling up as being world class and their saviour, and then as soon as he shows a bit of dissent, all of a sudden they are screaming he is crap.

Odd coincidence, that as soon as he says he's had enough of them, he gets the 'bad press' treatment. With some stories being 'buried' for 2 years but coming out after he rejects a new contract.

They are very very insecure that they are now a selling club... Sterling isn't worth 20m never mind 40m....

Dunno I reckon him going to Chelsea would be dead funny as well, Jose would be sure to stir up the beehive with some choice comments about the boy wanting to actually win trophies or something as a passing jab. Closet blue is Jose

I would accept that too, but it would be third behind United and Juventus' new no. 39.
