That wasnt a lack of bottle. That was sheer stupidity at trying to chase down goal difference. You think wed have shipped three if wed shut up shop? for their third, skrtel started in their box!
 


I'm gutted they e snapped Firmino up. He'll smash bagfulls in for them. How do they keep flogging their Crown Jewels, get a king's ransom, blow the majority on tosh, then land gold with just one who, in turn, becomes a mega star and allows them to recoup everything and then some again.

He scored 35 in a 140 games for Hoffenheim and scored 7 last season I admit I haven't seen much of him but them stats don't shout out WORLD CLASS.

Every single year for a quarter of a century now.

When they got close a year ago it was the overbearing pressure created from their own fans cringey behavior which weighed so heavy on the team that their arses went and handed it over to City feebly.

That anxiety will serve us well for some time yet as any time they get within spitting distance they will remember the pain of failure and ultimately pass it onto a true champion.

I wouldn't imagine they will be troubling the league for some time just yet though.
