ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Perhaps Rodgers is clearer in what he wants when speaking with his players on the training pitch and in the dressing room but, when it comes to his public utterances, they usually create more questions than they answer. Prior to the game against Arsenal, Rodgers talked about how his team weren't going to dominate possession but were planning to dominate the space.

Back in the Sky Sports studio, Ed Chamberlin asked Jamie Carragher the question everyone was wondering: "What does he mean by that?". Carragher's response was the answer everyone was thinking: "I don't know."

That's all I can see now, that face, riding that horse, stinking of white lightening and screaming at the trees "I'M FIRED? NO! YOU'RE FIRED!"

Blimey....fancy him only having the top tier of gnashers done. If he ever gets round to getting the bottom set tarted up, that new stand roof of theirs wont need any floodlights when its up. (Gets Rosary Beads out and prays hes still there then)
Does he bench lol

Stevie G must be the greatest ever England footballer and a true one club man. English football must be ashamed that Liverpool weren't named Premier League Champions in his final season as he truly deserved a Premiership medal. Is it too late to award him an honorary World Cup Winners medal? We'll never see his like again.

From the Mail comments lol lol lol

I presume that fella on The Mail Online comments was being ironic. Surely to God ? Imagine if he wasnt......"Whats that rumbling noise, thunder ? No its just Bobby Moore turning over in his grave". Imagine any England skipper belittling a team mate the way Gerrard has Scott Parker in this book......

"He (Pearce) said, ‘I just wanted to tell you face to face that I’m going to be picking Scott Parker to be the captain for this game.’
Scott Parker is a good player and honest; I’ve got a lot of respect for Scott as a player and a person. But to pick Scott Parker as England captain ahead of me?....I felt he treated me very badly. It was insulting — and wrong. I thought it was selfish. It was a political decision to make everyone think he had balls....."
