What's Aldo been up to lately?

The Aldi Rush has been sitting in a puddle of piss outside The Elephant in Woolton Village since last night, screaming abuse at passing pensioners.

Apparently he's raging over today's events in Mecca, and has laid the blame firmly at the door of Everton FC and their unholy infidel hooligan following.

According to the Echo a witness at the scene,Sister Therese Drinkwater 78 from St Mary's, Church St, overheard him shouting abuse at an elderley gentleman, who poiltely told him to "do one ye big nosed tramp"

Klopp has issued a "come and get me" plea to overblown English clubs with an idiotic amount of money to spend and delusional fans, according to Sky Sports News.
That's all PL clubs, tbh. Apart from ourselves of course. Not that we aren't delusional, we're just skint.

Looked like Martinez got it right, said at the time, something didn't seem right.

That's not true though mate cos erm Phil Thompson erm met Martinez on a plane and he said he wasn't offered the Liverpool job and erm Phil told everyone that cos he's right and Martinez is wrong and was Deffo not offered the job.

That's what they like to say the bellends as they can't register that a manager would turn them down.

Lawrenson was shocked by the lack of atmosphere inside the famous old stadium, which he believes reflects the current discontent.

He said: "The fans are now apathetic in all honesty. They just sat there against Carlisle. They hardly clapped or cheered. They just watched.

"Normally Anfield is lively, electric, lots of shouting. There was absolutely nothing. It was sterile."

He added: "In a classy way the Liverpool fans showed that they thought what they were watching was unacceptable because it was the quietest I've ever known Anfield, apart from those Carlisle fans.

Cant help it can they?

There are still some fans who will look for other factors as the cause of Liverpool’s problems, but even they are running out of excuses now. The transfer committee has had barely a mention this season, with word out of Anfield over the summer making it quite clear that Rodgers had more of a veto than ever before in the latest round of multi-million pound deals. He got to sack two of his staff, and replace them with two coaches of his own choosing, yet still Liverpool struggle at the front and at the back. Despite spending more money since he joined than any fan can face adding up he still seems intent on putting square pegs in round holes.

Any defence of Rodgers these days seems to be made by comparing the current miserable situation with miserable situations of the past, but not only are examples of where that works becoming increasingly thin on the ground they aren’t the situations we should be making comparisons with – but that takes us back to what exactly ‘a club like Liverpool’ is. The League Cup game against Carlisle was an embarrassment in itself – even if it did eventually end with Liverpool getting through – with a very strong Liverpool side struggling against a team from League Two, or Division Four as we used to call it, at home. It wasn’t a game the manager’s whole future should be judged on, but, much like last season’s FA Cup semi-final defeat, it served as a cameo of what Liverpool have become under Rodgers’ management.
