Now that I understand you are not in gainful employment would you kindly find the time to sort out the blocked drain. I tried calling you a few weeks ago but your secretary told me you had gone to France for a couple of days.

He'll be taking it out on those poor tenants now. Anyone in arrears is getting a dead cat swinging over their door and turds through the letterbox.

He's a tyrant over the rent.
