In Germany Bayern and Dortmund have a transfer committee.

At Bayern Guardiola delegates with sammer ruminegge and that scouting Guru they poached from leverkusen can't recall his name.

And at Dortmund Klopp had the same thing with Zork and the Dprtmund CEO and a head of scouting.

The reason it failed at Liverpool is there was no cohesion as Rodgers played his choices and the Likes of Sakho Illori Markovic Alberto Aspas Moreno etc have been bit part as they were TC signings and had to try alot harder to get in the team or were discarded,that's from what i have read in the papers today.

Dunno why some people seem so convinced that Klopp won't join.

They are the perfect match imo. Liverpool are seen as the English Dortmund in Germany and Klopp is the kind of guy to get sucked in by the mawkish faux emotion that surrounds the club... he loves that [Poor language removed] and will buy into it 10x over.

Nailed on and ill bow down to Davek in appreciation of his genius if it doesn't happen

Bit harsh, Klopp brought through Goetze, Reus, Kagawa, etc. His problem was he couldn't keep it going and replaced genuine quality with tosh like Immobile and Mikhitaryin.

Saying that he did have free reign on German players that Bayern didn't want or need. A bit of shrewd recruitment and you can assemble a very good side. He failed to do it twice though once Bayern decimated that side and there wasn't another generation of players for him to pick up. He went into the continent and picked up rubbish.

That is the problem of the premier league. You can't just pick up a load of super talented English players that United might have ignored. The market is wrung dry, you have to look in the lower leagues or abroad. It's s very different proposition to what he did at Dortmund. But we'll see maybe he'll do it again.

All those three players were sold. They're a selling club like Liverpool so I suppose he'll fit in well.

It's great they allege all kinds against every other clubs fans and players when they are the only ones who killed people and got everyone barred from Europe. You think they'd see the irony.
