There the scouse ISIS don't you know

The blert McKenna-o will be stoning and beheading fans in front of the kop who don't toe his party line, the Ayatollah Aldo will be delivering his sermons online in his piss stained bright green Kappa shellsuit whilst shouting at the passing traffic in Old Swan. Everyone supporting or playing for them will have to legally add a "o" to the end of their name to sort the wheat from the chaff, whilst old Kenny Doglead-o will be standing outside the main stand with a pair of underpants on his head and 2 pencils up his nose repeating the word "Wibble" whilst 55000 Asians and Norwegians queue up to take selfies with him for £50 pound a pop.

Admiral Ackbar-o
Hahaha very good mate.

But how can the tout be sure the person will go to the pub to return the ticket, hull?

Do they have to Keane a cash surety or something?

It is based on 'trust'. If someone does a runner with the ticket - the 'tout' will say that if you don't return it, the club will be informed it is stolen. It's very organised with names on sheets getting ticked off as they are offered -season passes for anywhere in the ground. Some get 'passes' due to business contacts.

I have been a day tripper Evertonian since 1981.... I live In Kilkenny and grew up in Dublin.

Since I got married my wife and daughter are also day tripper Evertonians.

I have been an Evertonian since 1969 when I was still barely walking.

I lived near Peter Farrell who also used to go over to matches on day trips before his health failed.

Would some of you prefer if we never went to Goodison????

My arl fella was just the same he came from Dublin ( I was born there) and was a season ticket long before we moved to Liverpool he had four sons all match going blues.I would like to think when people use the term day trippers it is more aimed at the glory hunters "Sky big four" not the likes of yourself.
I lived down south in the mid seventies and use to attend matches with ESCLA who had supporters with Liverpool origins but many more who had no ties to Liverpool but were just as big blues as the scouse blues.
I dont care where a blue comes from if they love the club thats good enough for me.

If we ever start getting successful again, I can certainly see out of towners like me and yourself being treated in a derogatory fashion by some native scouse blues for not being scouse ourselves

It already happens in some form already, and it would only get worse I fear if the club gets taken over and we move to a bigger ground

At the end of the day, all we can do is console ourselves that we know the truth. We know we love the blues and no taunting or hate from others is going to change that

I'm sure some of the out of towners who follow Liverpool are truly dedicated supporters as well, who love the club and don't deserve the pelters they get

Outside support is something that goes hand in hand with being a big club like both Liverpool and Everton are

I personally have no problem with the day-tripper fans.
They're buying tickets previously unsold or through the likes of Stubhub so the club and/or the original purchaser are not losing out... and more new people get to watch and hopefully fall in love with the Blues.
The difference comes when you compare us to the clubs who actively target day-tripper support by offering blocks of tickets to hotel chains as I'm pretty certain both Chelsea and Manure do.

The irony too is how the RS in their confused state repeatedly rip us about our loyal North Wales supporters who are there through thick and thin and always have been in my memory. Theres no comparison whatsoever though they think it fit, with our skit of their Norwegian and the Chinese camera festooned pilgrims thronging Walton Breck credit cards at the ready for a tat binge in the shop. I remember as a kid being taken to the match and Priory Road being lined with coach after coach from Wales - I was amazed that they were "home" coaches on seeing the garage addresses ornately painted on their boot. Great traditional supporters - plus Ive never heard an Evertonian bleat about their attendance either so theres no comparison with one offs buying up expensive tickets.

I got a mate whose been sitting in the same seats in the Anfield main stand for about 25 years. Follows them home and away, and across europe. He's one of the few decent, grounded RS fans. He takes his kids the game, buys the shirts etc etc. Next season, his already expensive season tickets will increase 15% each. That's not fair, in my opinion

.....not sure about others but I love that folk travel a distance to watch Everton, be it on a regular or now and then basis. This discussion is about folk who buy Pool season tickets with no intention of going to games but to sell (for profit) on a match by match basis.

The phone ins on this protest have been hilarious: loads from their lot about "where our fans lead, others follow...we have a history of this - the vanguard for other British fans".

I cant remember too many other British clubs causing mass fatalities in European football grounds like.

tbf fair mate, When they decided to take a break out of European competition in the 80s every other British club followed like sheep
