I hope they get sold again. It doesn't matter who to, or how much they've got. They will still be a crap club with gloryhunter supporters with yet another new bunch of owners ripping them off...........

Daily Express reporting it.

Apparently worth 30 billion pounds.

Also reported that That the PL will not prevent a family member of Shiekh Mansour Buying another PL club, looks like a legit story if the PL are commenting on the rumours.

Moshiri is small change to this guy.

Rossiter is leaving these.

Was offered 9k a week, refused it and wanted more. They've now withdrawn the offer and gave the young lad they signed from Tottenham a new deal instead.

Is he actually any good? So much hype around him for ages...

The FA would have to block it if Sheikh Khalifa was the person fronting the bid; he would almost certainly not pass the fit and proper persons test (given that he is the un-elected President of a state where political opponents were tortured, where flogging and stoning are practiced, and where apostasy and being gay are punishable by death) and its very difficult to see how they could ever convince themselves that the ownership of them or City would be sufficiently "independent", given that it would be the same family's vast wealth, and the same government (Khalifa is the President, Mansour the Deputy Prime Minister), standing behind both.

Would be very surprised at this LFC take over rumour. Hard to see 2 members of the UAE being in direct competition. That is why they just own one club per country it would go against what they have done for many years. Before City was taken over, there was every chance that the Dubai Investment Corporation would have taken over LFC, but I think that ship has sailed. That is unless Sheikh Mansour is forced to give up Man City, but that in itself would cause ripples in the UAE.

Might be wrong but there are not many other UAE members of their Royal family who compete in UK racing with Sheikh Mohammed.

I hope your right, years of misery ahead if these takeover rumours are true.
