ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

One of my bosses is a red and he's pretty sound with it fair play. The other one started supporting them in his forties (literally, a couple of years ago when they nearly won the title) and now he's moping around the office not speaking to anyone like he's this big, emotionally invested Liverpool superfan. Bellend.

Love all the stick they're getting.

Arrogant bellends got what they deserved last night. They really have provided us with some funny moments over the last few years (you know... apart from the derbies)

Sorry but I'm confused. What's happened? Is DaveK a Red and is he banned? What did he do?

Thanks

No mate they are all discussing what Davek is saying in RAWK. They don't realise he's been banned but they still can't face what he might be saying. What a bunch of paper tigers, going crying to mum for what nasty Davek may say :D

...lot of pressure on next season. With no Europa League excuse the Vikings will be expecting a top 4 finish.

Based on what we have seen this past season Eggs, only their own deluded fans would expect them to be top four in the coming one.

The Thursday Night Cup adventure has masked the deficiencies and obscured the fact they are still no better in the league than they were under Brent.

This Klopp bloke is struggling to come to terms with managing in the EPL.

I rather get the impression he was banking on winning that Cup last night because with no CL next season he will find it hard tempting the transfer targets he doubtless had in mind.

IMO he looks like a man about to have his limitations exposed in the year ahead :)

This was Klopps honeymoon and it is downhill from hear. I am cracking up at kopites talking about him "building something" the only thing he built was a relegation fodder side at Mainz and left Dortmund flirting with relegation.

I was looking at his record and he gets progressively worse. In his last year at Dortmund they were bottom (not bottom 3) well into the second half of the season. They ended up going on a decent run to finish around mid table. That was with a team that were second (albeit a long way second) to Bayern.

He has inherited a Liverpool side that is mid table. If he destroys them in the same way forget being flirting with relegation they will be Aston Villa level cut adrift before he gets them on a run. The more I see of him the more I think he will take them down over the next 3-4 seasons. Some manager build something long term, others wear the players out to the point they end up struggling.

He was massively banking on the Europa Cup win in the same way Martinez did with his FA Cup and last season's Europa cup. It would buy him some time. What's hilarious with Kopites is they bottled it and he still has time in their eyes.

This will end hilariously for us! Klopp may be better than Martinez but he will drag Liverpool down with him. Without the scouting structure of Dortmund he will struggle big time. Maybe another year to 18 months of ok, as he exploits his existing knowledge of the Bundesliga. Once that has gone they will plummet like Dortmund and Mainz did.

For all the tripe talked about him and how hes a great tactician and reader of the game, when push comes to shove he resorts to the age old get the big man on and hoof it up

*Here, here!

....I thought Palace might get the place but perhaps I'm getting mixed up (if United had already qualified for Champions League).

You may be right, it might be Palace, 5th and 6th.

All I know is there's no scenario where Liverpool get it ;)
