Well the Redsox are valued at 1.7 billion pounds,that's another one of their teams,quite a portfolio of wealth there.

Looking at the list the NBA MLB and NFL teams are valued in the 1.5 to 3 billion plus bracket ...pretty astounding how rich those teams are over there.

Another statistic from there is the commisoner of the NFL has made $145 million dollars in 4 years from that role,he earned 65 million dollars more than the highest payed player in that time.
