On the topic of their "great" signings don't take our biased view - and obviously don't take the view of all the idiots on RAWK. Take the view of Kicker magazine and the most recent rankings on Bundesliga players (those now playing for Liverpool)
Karius (below international class) was 8th best, 8th best, progressed to (international class) 3rd best - obvious Neuer is number 1 and World Class
Klavan - unranked, then "mentioned" as 14th best in his position - hardly worth "taking-out" a la Fabregas.
Matip - 5th best "international class"
Can (13-14) 7th best
Firmino 3rd best (but has he progressed?)
So, whilst not shabby, this sample (three of their summer signings as well) are not world beaters.
