ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

And the typical RS fans texting BBC....

Max Gray: Liverpool do this every season, give you a glimmer of hope before reminding you how truly average they are in spectacular fashion.

Prince Gyimah : I've said, and still stand by it that, I won't watch an LFC match until we've won five successive matches - too painful.

That Prince guy may never see them play again.......

Tbf (if I have to be!) I always thought the target for them this season should be a top 4 place. If they get it, job done for Klopp...if they dont - ooof! I didn't think I;d be saying this so early but Klopp could be on his way out. He's a good manager but results are the only thing that matter.

What you see from Klopp is similar to what you see from most managers, but in fast forward. Teams go through good runs and bad runs. He is obsessed with doing things at 100 mph though, when it goes well that's fine but if the wheels go slightly off he's not very adept at stabilising.

As if this isn't enough, you have a club full of fans that resemble an entitled cult with little to know patience. They liked Klopps approach when it went well as it allowed them to dream at a faster rate than they normally do. The fall out from this will be painful though and I think I've seen enough now from what may be an 8 game run where they may have only beaten Plymouth away by 1 goal.

He did very well at Dortmund, particularly when Bayern were rubbish and the league was weaker. When those two things reversed he got badly found out. Dortmund were bottom halfway through the season and the winter break got them out of jail. That was with a much stronger squad than this current Liverpool team in a weaker league. If he had a similar start here, with no winter break I have little doubts he could take them down.

Unfortunately the best manager in the world (who has won loads more than Koeman-another of the Trumpesque "alternative facts" they spout) will not be around to fulfil his destiny as they will sack him off before that. Loose today, leaving them for a second season with no Trophies and heads will begin to fall off. The dissenting voices will begin to grow, and like they did for Rodgers, Hodgson and Benitez before they will erode his regime.

Pass me the popcorn. There's nothing quite like the bellends losing their heads.

Thanks mate, I've stayed quiet over recent weeks. I thought I'd give Klopp the benefit of the doubt. If he doesn't win today that will be gone. Imagine having a month where you play Plymouth x 2, Southampton x 2 (with no VVD), Wolves & Swansea (at home) and Sunderland and all you have to show is 1 1-0 with a goal from a set play. It is abysmal.

The so called best fans in the world who are always behind their team through thick and thin no matter what voice their grief as boos ring out round Anfield at HT.
