ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Been alongside a group of their finest in a Hull hotel this morning.
Nailed on three points according to them. I pointed out that it is written that Niasse will score the winner this afternoon.
They weren't having any of it. Arsenal will win, the reds will win and the immortal words..its back on!
I love it.
Round two this morning.
Poor souls obviously booked in for the weekend so seeing them again I just mentioned their performance and one kid said City's first goal should have been disallowed. A truer reflection of the score was 6--1 in their favour.
I didn't mention our name at first but it didn't stop them ranting on about how crap we were.
Got them twitching when I said we had them in our sights.

Meltdown.

I mean, I know we said that they'd suffer burn out, but did anyone really expect it to be this bad? lol

To quote a classic RAWK phrase... 'Just let that sink in... Oumar Niasse scored against them yesterday' lol
I'm excited about our future, but we know not to get too excited about the derby, as we know just how much of a big team club Liverpool are. They turn up for the big games, United, Arsenal, City etc... but when they tumble its against the naff clubs like Hull and Swansea lol Fully expect another 4-0 anyway!

But considering this 'Really is their year', and we're 'Frauds... who don't even have money, living in their shadows of their new league awing new stand'.... 6 points off, and they could be out of the top 4 by 4pm..... wouldn't that be interesting lol

OUMAR OUMAR OUMAR

Oh.... and they're not bitter by the way.... 'Wish us the best' apparently....

The 'Mongrel' shouts have been out in force over the last 24 hours.... Let the irony of that one do the talking "any animal resulting from the crossing of different breeds or types.''

I think the last month or so has been great to see their utter meltdown over their season. Back in December they genuinely thought they were having a great season, best manager in the league and best team as well.

So seeing them crash so fast, the fans don't know what to make of it , whether they want their top manager and whether the best team in the league is actually crap. God forbid they struggle against arsenal and Spurs next, we could overtake them if we keep going, but even if we close the gap to 3 points over the coming weeks it bares interesting viewing that we were once miles behind them struggling to put two decent performances together. Now the tables turn and we hit a great run of form and they get best by teams they needed to be besting.

For me, my focus is on them rather than anyone else. If come the end of the season we finished above them then it would be one hell of a season considering what a few months ago brought us. Very even sweeter if they didn't finish in europe as a result!

Oh...

Think you might enjoy this too....

Imagine that bus on the way back. Seething. Fuming. So very vexed. Let it out, Liverpool. Wallop somebody, wallop each other. Let some heat out of the hothouse.

Sort it out, lads. I’m bang into this till May. You are too. All of you. That’s Kloppo’s deal; that’s the covenant. It’s one I wholeheartedly support. It’s the only way it works.

Up the battering each other in Scapegoat Hill Reds.

(To be clear, Scapegoat Hill is an actual place. Just outside Huddersfield. Google it if you don’t believe me. It isn’t just the place everyone is [presumably] currently posting on social media from.)

Klopp is the German Martinez
When they got Klopp all of the lads in work was buzzing, but not one of them seen his record properly in Germany.

He burns teams out even with a winter break,I told them he's just the German Martinez but not one of them believed me. They are so utterly deluded.

We're the bitter ones apparently!
Never knew cheering for one of your players was being bitter ;)

Went to Goodison today to watch Bournemouth. Couldn't believe how the ground erupted at news of Hulls second goal like they had won the league. Stunned at the bitterness and jealousy.

Why would you be stunned. They threw a game against City couple of years back to ensure we didnt win the league.

Cause Barkleys pearler was definitely a true intent of us trying to throw a game

I love it when this happens to them, when they are in a complete mess. The best thing to do when you talk to them, is just act like you are just as shocked as they are, like: "wow, what has happened to yous?" As if you take no pleasure from it. They all have different opinions it's hilarious, and very few blame the manager, because of the cult of personality (again) they have created.

...well, I was impressed with the Reds up to December and I genuinely thought they had a serious chance of winning the league. Every time they attacked they created chances, I was fearful but now I'm very, very chuffed. I'm so glad that I'm useless at predicting football.
The funniest thing is they have stopped creating chances like they were, we always knew they had a poor defence and have had for years but for months this season they looked a real threat going forward but at present they look totally out of ideas from very early on in games.

Lolololololololol.

Thing is the last ten games are more their level. Staryt of the season was Leicester like over performance. Just a side that is stuff full of mediocrity.

Coutinho looks like he's lost something after the injury, or perhaps he was just playing for a new contract.

Other than that, including mane, they're bang average. Given their enormous debt, which will grow when the next accounts are released, they could be in serious trouble soon.

FSG expected a better return on their investment and could easily pull their money out if this sorry run continues.

My fear is FSG leaving, because the RS will fall on their feet with Middle Eastern or Chinese money.
