Are they really that bothered?
I couldn't give a toss what they do with there ground so can't see why most of them will not be thinking the same, all of the reds I have talked to are not even really taking about it that much Just in general conversation.

I'd be absolutely gutted if they were building a super stadium on our waterfront of the city centre, genuinely destroyed.

It'll be great and in years to come as life move on it'll be absolutely fantastic as things like mono rails, covered moving walkways like those seen at airports all start getting installed. The area will be massively developed and will just be a continuation of town itself.

It will be the rebirth of this already great but sleeping club.

Ha that article by that Kopite Ian Doyle yesterday claiming that Liverpool fans are not overly bothered about our new stadium.Ha what a desperate attempt by the Red Echo to portray that lot in a good light yet again.

Never mind being "overly" bothered, anybody normal wouldn't be "bothered" at all. Some of the objections being raised are beyond even jealousy.

I don't recall too much kicking-off when they built Big Stand. Granted we - and others - were a bit narked about spades in the ground in the park (especially after we were refused a plan for something partially in Stanley Park).

It's our project and it's got sod-all to do with them.
