I see Kloppy is saying that the RS are not a selling club, I'm assuming that they must have Suarez on loan then......

To be fair, that was three years ago. The last time they sold a 'star' player before that? Torres in 2011?

Selling their best player once every three years hardly makes them a selling club. They aren't losing their best players to other clubs every single year.

I know what you mean but they have sold a lot of class players over the last 10 years, Suarez, Alonso, Mascherano, Torres, maybe one or two others, all while maintaining they were still a top club, no wonder recently all they have won is one league cup, not much considering how big they think they are

suarez, sterling, alonso, mascherano, torres. The only one they've retained is gerrard and they even tried to sell him

Macherano, Alosnso, Sterling, Suarez, Torres, couldn't keep hold of Owen or Mcmanananananaman either.

Err...I guess I forgot all about them. Alonso, Masch, Sterling weren't the top players that they had no chance of keeping hold of no matter how hard they tried in quite the same way as Torres and Suarez though in my opinion. But yes, lots more selling of 'talent' than I thought at first.
