A shrewd signing by the rats. I have long been an admirer of the lad and his consistently competent performances. I reckon we should have bought him to replace Leighton.
I reckon he will improve massively now amongst better players.
I hope I'm wrong but I maintain we missed a trick here.

Err...I guess I forgot all about them. Alonso, Masch, Sterling weren't the top players that they had no chance of keeping hold of no matter how hard they tried in quite the same way as Torres and Suarez though in my opinion. But yes, lots more selling of 'talent' than I thought at first.

So apart from Suarez, Alonso, Mascherano, Torres and Sterling, they haven't sold anyone, well apart from the other expensive buys like Benteke, Carroll etc........it's like that scene from the life of Brian, what did the Romans ever do for us.....,

I like him too but he is a bit suspect defensively.
