Probably will start fast again mate, an extra 8-12 games though with no bigger a first team squad should see them pick up even more injuries, and should guarantee they hit last years January onwards slump earlier and drop like a stone though.

Lallana, Mane, Henderson and coutinho all nailed on to break down, sturridge already has and the normally injury free clyne and Milner already struggling with injuries just from the preseason intensity.

I can't see him leaving before his 6 years are up,that team has a lot of players in the early to mid 20's that will be with him for the duration,he's building a team in that counter pressing style of his,targeting Salah and Keita for that pressing quick transition player and VVD as a high line CB shows he's in it for the long haul.

I think he likes the romantic of football,being a underdog and winning trophies,seems he wants to replicate what he did at Dortmund with a young core of players to develop long term.

After that contract is up he'll be at Bayern as all top German managers historically eventually go there.

Tbf, I thought Mane would be a massive flop there, but he really is a cracking player who makes a huge difference to them. I wish Barca would go after him instead of Coutinho.

Just looking at there fixtures, potential banana skins at watford and its always hard playing city in the summer months.
