Even in this world of vacuous non stories and who is seen out with who from love island or Big Brother this still manages to be the biggest non story I think I've ever seen. Manager shouts at player and uses word that everybody uses in life never mind just at the match.
 

Coutinho should go to Barca.. after all why would he want to put himself through another season of PL thuggery when, in the Barca side, the oppos have to pick half a dozen Barca players to "take out". Therefore Coutinho's ankles will be 6 times safer.. It's a no brainer - plus (to paraphrase Sir Alex) "It's Barca, lad".

do they have anyone else? Or is he including the player that he can't sell to anyone as one of the "best 4" in the league?

I heard / read it as the best 4 in football, actual worldwide football as in any team in any league.
