I watched them play Man City on TV a couple of weeks ago and the commentators were saying how this score wasn't really a reflection on them as they were down to 10 men but plenty of teams go down to 10 men and close up shop and don't lose 5-0.

Had it been any other team they would not have made excuses for them.

Probably the biggest turn off for me when watching Liverpool is the commentators. They are clearly fans and speak with a fans excitement. It's like watching the Everton commentary on the official channel. The commentators are obvious Evertonians, and that's as it should be on a club channel, but it should not be that way on national TV.

That's the main reason I don't watch them.

Well- unless it's a replay and they've lost.

I only watch the RS on tele when we beat them.

They kept 5 clean sheets in there last 6 games last season. Klopp made adecision to tighten up around the end, he used Coutinho in the front 3 instead of centre mid and had a base of Can and Lucas to protect the back 4. Which brought out better results which the ground out.
Yes they scored a few wonder goals (Coutinho, Firminho at stoke and Can at Watford spring to mind). But they didnt exactly crawl to 4th.

Anyway i think my point being is that Kloppo tweeked his tactics slightly to tighten up a little and started the season reverting to his gung ho approach.
I wonder if he is tempted to go a little bit more conservative in the coming games, especially with Mane suspended.
I wouldnt be suprised if we see a front 3 of Salah, Firminho and Coutinho this weekend and he puts a couple more defense minded players in midfield

Obviously you watch much more football than others (that is not a criticism). Personally I rarely watch MOTD anymore. It's too top-6 focussed these days and the pundits are idiots. I suspect that blueloon was being somewhat tongue-in-cheek.
