The comments at the bottom of that are priceless.

They really are convinced that Lucas is the new Makelele. Despite being absolute turd and being dragged off for Henderson against Stoke and Villa after conceding three goals.

I've said it for ages. He went from gash to average yet they hold him up as this world class defensive midfielder.

He's never, ever, bossed a game. EVER.

They'll pull up a Man City game they drew. Something Fellaini bosses in his sleep.

A comment from that article.

Lol - did u see Osman's england debut and did you see Sterling's - says it all. My team would be Howard johnson skrtel jagielka baines lucas gerrard fellaini enrique sterling suarez

Erm yes and yes and yes it does. So why the eff do you have Sterling in you team?!?!

What a seriously weird thing to write.

RAWK

No matter how you try to sugar-coat it,* BR is doing just as poorly as Hodgson was, yet we had no problem calling for Roy's head.
*

Brendan has a modern football approach suited for dominating games. Like Happel, Cruyff and other greats. Hodgson has developed a defensive approach of trying to make the best out of average players over the years.

Pretty big difference here if you ask me.

Rodgers is struggling a bit at the moment cause he doesn´t have the players around. But he is aiming for a much higher level.

.......indeed he is, 9th..............

Their idiocy both as individuals and as a collective never ceases to amaze me.

It's funny, most of us blues knew Rodgers was a complete gobs*te two weeks into his tenure and knew it'd come to this and it was the same with KKK. Yet the kopites thought the sun shined out their arses and deluded themselves into thinking they'd bring more than mediocrity. Some of them genuinely still think sacking Dalglish, possibly the worst thing to happen to that club in some time, up there with the first yanks, was a bad idea.

In their defence (sort of), they had been calling for KKK to be appointed manager for ages since Benitez left, he was (and is) a legend because of how he performed first time out, he did actually win something during his second time there, and for all the dross he served up they were a better side than they are now.

The biggest mistakes he made there was to back Suarez against all common sense, and to sign up to some kind of mental "Buy British" policy which meant that they spunked tens of millions on players from the least technically proficient major nation in Europe.
