That is extortion. It's over 2.5k. The flights are probably around 500. You get to visit 2 cathedrals (free of charge), go on the ferry (probably off peak for a couple of quid) and stay in the ever so posh and expensive Travellodge. The they take you to a few shops in Cheshire. The most expensive part is probably the Beatles tour.
And "soak in the pre-mach atmosphere.." WTF, how can that be part of the itinerary? It basically means they will dump you at the ground 2 hours before kick off to freeze your arse off and eat crap food.
If they don’t bring anyone in I have no idea what they’re doing with transfers. They had a shot at 2 comps and a CL place and they sell their best player and a good striker with no replacement.
Good to see the back of Sturridge though. Horrible game raiser when it came to derbies. Would climb off his sick bed just to score against us then straight back on it. He’s the type of player Klopp would just throw on as a Hail Mary in the CL despite not rating him all season and he’d score a world class brace from nothing.
Books balanced. Profit taken. Business successful. It's quite straightforward. They spent £52m on a midfielder for next year, then they got £127m for Coutinho, which meant they had £75m which they spent on Van Dijk.
Transfer threads all locked on RAWK. So many heads have melted that they’re not even allowed to discuss their transfers or any other prem transfers. European transfers and weird haikus only. No one can mention that the rest of the top 6 have strengthened and they’ve sold again. Censor anything that suggests they’re no longer a big club.
once winds
this year adverts
soon Gerrard
Would absolutely love it if they gave the managers job to that buffoon Gerrard. He’s a complete tool who was so tactically limited that Benitez had to shove him about all over the front line to accommodate him as he didn’t have a clue about the game. Basically he was great at timing runs into the box and swinging his right boot hopefully at stuff whilst real players like Alonso and Mascherano actually dictated play.
It would be even better than when Dogleash went back and wandered on the pitch like a lost grandad every time there was a flare up.

Don't know if true, was told that they have to pay two seasons up front for the bog stand. ?Why do they do that? I could possibly understand the official site doing it but surely fan sites basically exist to allow fans to say what might be censored elsewhere.
It'd be ok if they were doing it to stop flagrant abuse but it's just done for the mildest criticism.
I think you're last line is spot on and they might not even realise that's why.
They're hundreds and hundreds of millions of pounds in debt, they were never going to spend more than they brought in. Especially with big stand still to pay for.

Yeah, you'd expect to be put up in the Adelphi for that money. I guess most of the money is for flights, but even so.That is extortion. It's over 2.5k. The flights are probably around 500.
