No it's a absolute state of this thread taking the piss out of the kopites for actually supporting their team with a bit of passion.

Their team are 2-0 up in the quarter final of the European cup currently

Yet we boo our team and wonder why we haven't won anything in 20 years. We give up at the first sign of getting somewhere and bottle every single chance we ever get.

But let's laugh at the 100s of kopites who have riled their team up to actually perform eh

Liverpool have done incredibly well this season, play great football and have some cracking players. They’re easy to support.

We have Allardyce, play crap football and a bunch of bottlers who can’t be bothered. We are hard to support.

This is why there is such a difference. If the tables were turned they would be the same as us.

And when was the last time we actually got behind Everton the same way though? These shower haven't won anything for years and still turn up on droves to support the team.

Where were we 2 years ago? Wembley semi final and we bloody booed the team off then as well!
 
City have absolutey bottled this, they’re terrified of Liverpool, Liverpool aren’t terrified of them.

Klopp has done ridiculously well to put this sort of mentality into a team tbf to him. Like it or not he’s a top manager.

It's really not though. As said, City don't have the mindset of a big team - they're still a nouveau riche second fiddle club in their own heads. Liverpool, despite having half the actual quality on the pitch, believe they are European giants; it's entrenched in the club.

It would have been a surprise if anything other than this had happened. If it were a general Premier League game, just one in a 38 game season, City would have walloped them. But in Europe? Different mindset required - City don't have it and haven't had it since they first got oil rich. They never have.
