The hope now is that the nerves are gone for City and they play their natural game, and they pull this back with an away goal.

Unfortunately, I think they're terrified of attacking now and being caught out of position, and they'll lose this by one or two more.
 

Yet another team littered with quality having had an imperious season completely lose their arses on a European night at the pit. It's not funny any more, happens all the time. I thought this problem was exclusive to Everton but it seems to be a European wide endemic. Every team becomes a bottler when the play Liverpool at that accursed stadium.

Apparently City haven't won there since 2003. And given how good a side City have had over the last 6 or 7 years thats quite surprising. Or....perhaps its not.
 

The Man City bus route was changed due to whatever reason but Merseyside police thought it was a good idea to tweet off their Liverpool police account where it was changed to.

That tony Barrett or whatever he is retweeted it too.

But it’s all passion lobbing glass bottles at team busses.
