Tried hard, put himself about, didn't have any chances I could remember.Didnt realise he would available to play tonight, how did he do?
I was there to see him make his Hearts debut. Both he and Beni Beningime helped turn the tide in Hearts’ favour when they both came on in the second half.
Simms looked strong. He can handle himself, won headers, linked well and I was pleased to see he had pace too. 0-2 at half time, Hearts missed a penalty to make it 2-2 with Celtic on the ropes at that point.
I think he’ll do well for us, playing at a great stadium like Tynecastle Park. Hearts are a big club up here, enjoying a good season and pushing hard for a Europa League group stage place next season.
Yeah, he’s a coach here and still a massive character to have around at the club.be good if we could do something on a regular basis with our decent young players looking proper game time that might help hearts out.
is Naismith still part of the hearts set up?
Yeah, he’s a coach here and still a massive character to have around at the club.
I still think Everton owe Hearts big time for stealing the ‘Golden Vision’ off us ?
Think his links with Everton have influenced the Simms, baningime signings?
Undoubtedly, but I would imagine Beningime too. Re Beni, he got injured at the end of November and that’s him just coming back now. But from his debut in our 2-1 win over Celtic in the first game of the season, he was nothing short of sensational for Hearts and is absolutely loved by the fans. So I’m sure he’s put a good word in.Think his links with Everton have influenced the Simms, baningime signings?
Thought we bagged him of Rangers when they went bust.Yeah, he’s a coach here and still a massive character to have around at the club.

…difficult to believe Benitez left Rondon on against Brentford when we were chasing a goal and crosses were fizzing across the box.
Is it though, really? It's Benitez we're talking about. One of the very worst pieces of business this club has ever made throughout their history.View attachment 154054
