If she has the skill, why not? Though, I believe her managing a team in a deputy role before stepping up would do her/team good. NOT because she is a woman, well partially because. Simple reason, the way a woman's game runs is a little different and the whole POV is different than the men's game. So to get acclimatize to the whole boy's locker room scenario, maybe...

In principle, I think it would be a good idea, if the candidate is capable, sex/gender is irrelevant.

She doesn't have the relevant experience. If she proved herself at another club then I'm all in. We're in a precarious position right now. We can't gamble on something which could backfire so spectacularly

It'd prob all end in tears with the club getting sued, like when Chelsea had that female physio. She killed any chance of Women becoming a regular part of participating in the Mens Football or at least set them back 25 years.

Similar to other 'romantic' ideas of managers - it's not fair to put someone like this in charge, when there are so many other things to fix.
We would be giving her no chance to succeed, if the 5 varied appointments have not worked in any way so far.
Having said that, Moshiri's approach appears to be 'try every kind of manager i can' so you never know .
Only categories left are
'current player becomes player manager
manager who speaks no english
getting someone out of retirement to make a comeback
combine the CEO's role with that of manager.

No experience in mens football.

Not only would she have all the current crud to deal with, but would also have to learn how to manage a male dressing room.

I’m not against a woman taking the role, they just have to prove themselves ready just like everyone else first.

I know absolutely nothing about woman's football but I'd back her over Martinez! I mean, I'd back a bundle of broken twigs as manager over Martinez so if its a choice between her and El Fraudo then she's got my full backing!

If we're being honest it probably isn't just like everyone else

The one who was entirely blameless, but who got on Mou’s wrong side so his mates in the papers trashed her for weeks whilst missing that he binned off Rom, KdB and Salah?

Mou should have come out of that debacle by not being employable.

She has build Chelsea up to what they are now, she is a boss that wants more even after a 6-1 win at man utd for example, a game she was not happy with lol and said they could play much better
