Would you accept a woman coach/manager for EFC?

Simple question that invokes instant controversy....

Why not though?

I Don't believe it would happen, but I saw Brendan Rodgers praising her recently, and I guess it is only a matter of time before a team tries this.

After all, don't Women make the greatest modern leaders anyway?
Is she the Chelsea ladies coach that was really good as a pundit?

If so, then she's far too good for us but if she wanted the job, definitely yes.

Brendan was at his oily best playing the long game trying to get into her pants.

The question shouldn't be 'Would you accept a Women coach/manager for EFC first team?' but 'Would a Women EFC first team coach/manager accept you' have a long hard look in the mirror and think about this.

Never be as good as this wench

Sure why not?

It wont happen of course but I wouldn't be against appointing the right person. It would be a big leap for a woman though. Football is football, the playing side would be fine, handling egos and the massive money involved etc would be the hard part.

Just have to add if you want a woman to manage (as i do, too), you cant demand experience "at this level" as obviously no woman has that. Im fine with a supposedly inexperienced woman taking charge. If they let Phil Neville manage England W, like, id rather have Sarina Wiegman over him at Everton!

It's the unfortunate situation though isn't it. I'd potentially take a manager from the championship. But otherwise only managers from the biggest leagues in Europe have like for like experience.

I wouldn't want Phil Neville at Everton. Neither would I want any other male manager of a female team. So it's not an issue of the person's gender it's just that experience in the women's game, at this moment in time, isn't the same as the top men's leagues. Fan expectation, the money involved etc etc is just on a totally different level. I've watched games in the WPL and you're looking at gates of a few hundred to a few thousand.

Basically inspiring female managers will need to make their name in the lower leagues and work themselves up the system.
