No mate its sound, i can easily afford to pay it but its out of principal I'm not! My wife called up when they increased a few months ago and told them she is not paying it as we cant afford it and there is no justification for it. They asked what she could afford to pay and she told them 170 quid or something like that (she deals with all the bills)
Its the principal of the matter as to why were not paying it, it needs to be challenged and i will go to court if i have to. (probably lose like but i dont give a toss)
I work out the country for weeks on end and my son works away and is only home every 3rd weekend, so in the house is my wife and daughter who spends 5 days a week in school and they calculate a bill of almost 500 quid hahaha 'koff if they think they can just send us a bill with no justification and think I'm going to pay it!
I don't care what they say is the justification for the huge rise they're not getting it without a fight.
