I don't remember ever seeing a batsman as successful as Rogers play and miss so often. Does he play inside the line or is he just very lucky?

This is a superb response from England followin their poor showing at Lords'.

Brilliant start.

After New Zealand I thought that this would be a bit of a let down of a series (bar the tension and the wanting to win so desperately) but it is turning into a good series
 
If this continues and Cook and Lyth get a few runs on the board then at least we have a pressure free situation for Bell to try and get some confidence.

Got to skittle the lower order first but hopefully that will be the case.

thats what is holding me back getting excited, in this situation good teams bat long and bat once, i'm not sure I'd enjoy our stats batting second
