Can we start with predicting line-ups? or too early? I know USA is doing a 4-4-2... not sure how they'll shape out in the middle (defensively vs. offensively minded)

can't quite figure who Bob will sub in up-top... Findley if we need to stretch the defense a bit with speed... but Gomez is on fire and is the most "true" forward on the squad... Gooch will perhaps be a sub, but the man is not game fit and should NOT play. Edu will come into the middle with bradley if we need to preserve a lead or draw.
