England's Worst Player at Euro 2016

Harry Kane.

Poor set piece taking, offered no attacking threat and pretty much was invisible for most of each game.

Granted it was Roy's fault but Kane not being there would not have made a slight difference.
Agree 100% with this. The idea that people think he is a better striker than Lukaku absolutely astonishes me. In front of Tottenham's absolutely stacked midfield he looks good, but with England's non-existent creativity Kane did absolutely nothing.

As many others have pointed out, Sterling was hilariously bad - but that is his standard level of play. He runs like a puppet with half the strings cut.

Wilshere looked like a fan who had been dragged out of his seat and asked to play at the last moment. He's a fat biffer with a LadBible haircut and a hooligan's mentality.

Hart... blimey. Hope we don't spend £40m on a keeper who can't stop shots.

Sterling incurs the wrath of some of England's most vocal and hateful fans. You've got the kopites who can't believe any player would want to leave their beloved club so they give him stick, then there's the United fans who hate him because he plays for city and also fans who generally hate Manchester City for having loads of money.

That's about 80% of English football fans, then throw in fans who hate him because he is young rich and black; so many people are on his back before he's kicked a ball.

And then he kicks a ball, and the remaining fans also realise he's utter merde.

Well there is that, but don't you think the vitriol aimed at him seems to outweigh is underperormance.

Plenty of other players were equally bad but Sterling seems to be getting more of the stick.

He gets it rough on here because he's ex-RS. But he's definitely one of the worst players I've ever seen capped by England, and I remember Carlton Palmer.

On the bright side, I strongly suspect he can't read - the vitriol on here won't affect him.

Hart did more damage mind.

They looked fine as a team until half way through the Slovakia match. Then they just went all wonky and weird.
