On Wednesday it'll be 14 days since my 2nd jab. If it takes 5 working days to get the pass then they'll have to just accept the card surely??

My arl fella has had his 2 jabs and has been working for the testing people for nearly a year, so gets tested daily.
He’s got the card ST and is intending on getting the ground for 12.30 as he’s convinced it’s going to be utter carnage.

He’s not wrong about much in life, especially where Everton is involved.
But he supports Everton?

I was surprised really, thought there would be organised queues but it was just every man for themselves especially on the concourse.
It was the Mrs who downloaded my passport and got the lad to do LVT, I'm like it's football, we are just wallets to be shook, they won't check.
Different experience at NEC previous Sunday. Checked tagged and mobile vaccine unit inviting people to be vaccinated there and then, steady queue.

Sick and tired of it to be honest been swabbing myself twice a week for months now, which makes me sneeze for 10 ten minutes everytime. And to top it off yesterday inputted wrong result by mistake (positive) , man alive it was like being in the running man, even got called "citizen" in the third person, until proved otherwise.

Will my Irish vaccination card be accepted?
I emailed the club when the requirements came out about the vacc card because Northern Ireland weren't issuing Covid Passes for anything other than international travel. They just referred me to the info on the website which really didn't enlighten at all. Not great when you've bought flights, hotel and tickets.

Do you have proof of vaccination? While they say it's not enough for English fans, I suspect it will do if you explain the situation and show proof of ID from NI.

That's if they even check as with the entire ticketing fiasco - lots of ST holders still without tickets and a new digital system - it's looking less likely to happen.*

*or at least to many fans.

You can currently only get a vaccine passport in NI if you are travelling abroad, so travelling within the UK doesn't qualify for one. The only thing I have is my vaccine card showing the dates of both jabs, so unless things change in the next couple of months before I'm coming over, then I'll have to use that.

Anything that proves double vaccination should be accepted really. Overly complicating the process won't improve the matchday experience or the safety of it.

That's what I mean. In England, they've said that the card showing vaccination isn't enough, but in other parts of the Kingdom that Covid Pass isn't an option.

Take your ID to show you're not residing in England and any proof of vaccination and I suspect you'll be fine. It's the English fans who'll need a COVID pass.

I had my vacc card and LFT but when we report a negative test, only get an email reply - was worried they would insist on a QR or bar code. I took a chance and did manage to get a Covid Pass and was just trying to pass on what the club said about vacc cards (i.e. nothing).

From what they've said and experience, the email will be fine.
