Entry requirements EFC v. Soton

Amazing to see how many are simply willing to go along with voluntary showing your papers! This is clearly first stage in a surveillance society and is very divisive singling people out into groups based on individual medical choice. It’s got sweet fa to do with science. I’m going and have got no intention of proving anything relating to my medical condition. Where does it logically stop, getting on the bus, going into the shops?!
I think it stops at going the game? Can't remember bus drivers or the girl at the coop asking for my papers and they've been open a lot longer than the footy!

I think you've gone down the rabbit hole a bit here, might be time to stop and have a look around.

Has anyone been able to download vaccination record to Google pay?
Can get a record with qr code from the NHS app (not the Covid app, the other one). Mines valid until Sept. Don't know about having a vax record in Google Pay - is that an entry requirement?

Shouldn't this be in the Conspiracy Theorist thread?

You're under NO obligation to prove anything, anywhere.

What you are doing is entering into a contract with EFC to provide entertainment (yes, I know) and they have terms and conditions.
It's private property.
Don't agree, don't go. Go, you agree to the terms.
You don't have a 'uman rite to force yourself on people.

I'll be interested to hear how the process goes by those attending. Also remember those using the NHS app it is a different one from the Covid NHS app and each pass sometimes only lasts around 48hrs.

Nail on the head. Although it's unlikely people will be asked to prove status (it's random checks), the risk is people might have to, so that's a choice they can make.

Nobody is forcing people to prove their status if they don't want to as they can quite easily say, "I don't want to prove it." That's fair and just.

However, Everton are also within their rights to say, "I don't want to let you in," which is within their rights.

I was meant to be going the game on Saturday but have chosen not to. Have had 2 vacinations and I havent got a problem with it at all but having to prove something on this basis I dont agree with. Its not jst the match I have told my wife she can go on holiday with her sister if I have to show proof, which is grerat news as Ill get some peace :)

You don't have a drivers license or a passport?
Matty outside Goodison five minutes before kick-off:

driving license.webp

but would i still be issued it when i can’t drive to due to my circumstances?

that’s what i’m trying to say mate
Maybe a passport would be your best option then? They're more expensive but they last longer than a provisional driving licence.

I think there are government ID cards too but not sure how widely known about or accepted they are e.g. https://www.citizencard.com/

it's all become a little polarising, which is surprising because Grand Old Team threads generally access cognitive conformity. Of course there's the usual numpties that decry any 'outside the box' thinking as 'conspiracy theories', (and hate Galileo); but I don't believe one's mum and dad's basement is suitable dwelling for so-called adults... even it does have good internet connectivity for the QWERTY warriors.
For God's sake people!...get to Goodison...find a seat with a very obstructed view (there's lots)...and just enjoy the afternoon without worrying about reports of Neil Armstrong being spotted swimming at Venice Beach in July 1969...and pondering how could he be in two places at once
