I've never heard of ESSG until today.
They're that secretive they don't even know who they are anymore.Has anyone heard anymore to this, wondering if they could have a word with farad to guide him in the right direction of a manger.
Baby Jesus IN!Has anyone heard anymore to this, wondering if they could have a word with farad to guide him in the right direction of a manger.
This is the perfect opportunity, I get that you can't make everyone happy, but atleast you get to hear the concerns from the fans, if this is "the people's club"Thank you, I was wondering when this would come back up.
The last manager faced enormous pressure because the fans universally loathed him. Proposing to replace him with a former manager who is broadly liked as a person but disliked to loathed as a manager is a step in the right direction. Both seem like missteps that could easily be avoided by having someone that can tell the board what the fans actually think, rather than a carefully selected rubber stamp.
Am I wrong in thinking that if you were selling TVs, you wouldn't completely ignore customer feedback if you wanted to stay in business?
I don't get the point of this, or understand it fully for that matter. Can someone try and enlighten me
A fan rep at board level to provide a point of view, how they decide who speaks for the fans is the major issue that I can see.
Personally don't think we need fans at board level. We need talented professionals who value supporters and want to listen to them.
No fan can speak for the entire fanbase. It sounds like it could be impractical to me.
