I had a look about a month ago at last season. I went on the Spurs website and did a search. They put an article up on the OS in the morning with who they had been drawn in the group with. Later in the afternoon around 5 I think it was (the same day), they had confirmed when they would be playing which teams.

So the same day hopefully if last year is anything to go by.

The draw was on the 30th August last year and the Tottenham fans knew by 4pm when they would be playing each match.

Draw done in the morning of the 31st, and they found at at 4pm the same day.
