I think we will win next week. Liverpool will beat chelsea to pretty much wrap up the league and city won't be arsed. Goodison will be bouncing, especially if Arsenal fail to win on monday.

Dust settling, play the cards you have got. Miracle scenario Arse drop points twice...unlikely
We need one win to secure 5th which would reflect decent season, especially if achieved by another sky club scalp at home with rocking GP. Let's go with that. Today was a bit sobering but it has gone and RM seems to be good at getting them up after a poor show so let's be positive for Saturday and ensure we do not fizzle out. In the same way they looked goosed today after such an exhilarating show last week they can show some bouncebackability. I think RM knows there is a bit of killer instinct lacking In these guys. Not sure if it can be put into them or whether we need it from an outsider or two like Andy Gray brought to a decent but "nice" side in 1984. Only time will tell although I am certain RM knows this. That said Barca kid looks much happier on right than left..... Free headers for Lukaku and a pen and we win today even though below par...... Fine margins and all that.
5th is ours, I think we'll beat City. If we don't we have Hull 5 days before their FA cup final..[/QUOT

And....
Lets see who we can get?
As it stands
Italy: Fiorentina, Inter and Parma (Milan, Torino, Lazio and Hellas Verona can all still make that list.
Spain: Sevilla, Real Sociedad and Villarreal (Athletic may still drop down in favour of Sevilla, with no other team unlikely to catch Villarreal).
Germany: Wolfsburg, Mainz and Borussia Moenchengladbach (all 3 can still qualify for CL, so Bayer Leverkusen, Schalke 04 may still drop into the list, Augsburg 6 points off with 3 games to go)
France: Saint-Etienne, Lyon (Marseille only realistic team to catch them) and one of Guingamp or Rennes
Netherlands: Zwolle, Twente and Vitesse (Massive list of play-off schemes, can't be bothered explaining)
Scotland: Aberdeen, Motherwell and one of St. Johnstone or Dundee United.
You look at that and think "Yeah, we could do alright in this" and then you remember that the teams that finished 3rd in their groups in the Champions League drop down in to the knock out stages and makes it a lot more difficult.
