@JimEFC - you're using account created by your french pal and you're able to buy tickets "in England", am I right? So it should work for me, when my mate create one for me.

no, my mate in Lille was at his computer, then he rang me and I read him my card number (UK bank card), he entered it on the site and presto, I got the email confirmation of tickets, which are now in the post to his house.

chris115544 got through using a UK address. You can do E-Ticket option anyway.

Pick up at stadium box office (not recommended being English!): Free

Yep, spot on, see above

i just used hotspot shield, you can ONLY use Safari, CHROME does not work!
www.grandstade-lillemetropole.com this is the website! you need to go onto the book 3 europe ticket, 30 euros, pick your seat and then pay! ive got the ticket downloaded for all three games, theres a section that says etickets, you click that after buying and then download from there

I'm loving the idea of the stadium owners scratching their heads during the Wolfsburg and Krasnodar home games; "I don't get it, this section is supposed to be full..?!"

Haha! I was thinking the same. Krasnodar at home is gonna be empty as F.

We have Wolfsburg tickets to pass on to our new French friends though, so that's a nice gesture to leave behind. "Not like those kopites" they'll say. :)

Went back, seats I chose were still there so went though again and confirmed this time, only issue is I didn't change it to e-ticket the second time!

What are the chances they will get posted out, or cancelled?

I don't know the rules on this, I've just been saying they prob only get posted to a French address because of the IP blocker on foreign internet connections.
Plus it would probably be more than 10 euro to airmail them...I don't know mate, fingers crossed for you though.

E-ticket means printing at home?

Yes, they'll email you it to print out at home. Turnstiles have barcode scanners, so a piece of paper or a ticket shouldn't make a difference (just make sure your black ink is topped up cos you don't wanna be asking questions!)

I went for postal because it feels safer, but E-Ticket sounds fine.

Worth emailing them do you think to ask them to change it to an e-ticket? Or would that bring to much attention to me ha. They let me register with a UK address, I might have just been on holiday in the USA when I bought the tickets, not my fault their website isn't as secure as they want... ha
