to the bottom right of the picture with ours, Kras, and Wolf's crests there is a little red button "Réserver".
If it won't go anywhere beyond that, then this is the same problem I had, so look at Chris' walkthrough steps.
I ended up doing it over the phone with a mate on his computer in France, so can't help with the tech issues!

Wolsburg sounds like it's locked up. Our allocation will be ~1,200 and you have to show ID at the turnstile with your ticket (someone said on here), so no chance blagging your way in as a German.

I reckon that if we get emails saying theyre gonna cancel all the purchases then we offer the tickets for the other 2 games to kids in Lille if we can keep ours, or they resell the other games & give the 20€ to Charity.
