I purchased Lille tickets about 2 weeks ago now but they haven't arrived, I think because I provided a slightly wrong address on the order. I have e-mailed their customer service department explaining the mistake and enclosed a copy of my receipt and told them nothing has arrived. I asked if I could just change my order to e-tickets so I could just print them off myself and and that would solve everything.

Think they will?

According to e-ticketing, the Lower Level is already sold out - and it's STH +6 away credits. Anyone know what the capacity of the upper and lower levels are?

I just spoke to Club regarding my booking with Thomas Cook they said as I am only a member I would have to wait and see if any were left after going on sale to season ticket holders, so that would be next wednesday!!!
So it doesn't look like thomas cook just get a proportion of the tickets for fans who book with them, I'm gutted I know I have no chance, Thomas Cook took the money out of my bank on 3rd September for 2 of us £580!!
Looks like a big refund interest on my credit card and no ticket!
