Can anybody help me out here. I now have 1 ticket for the away end on my season ticket, my mates have 2 that i bought in my name for the home end. Will they be fine getting into the home end even though the two tickets are in my name?

I've got tickets in the home end, next to the away fans at the moment. However, if it goes down to STH, I'm debating whether to get away end tickets or not. Do people think there will be much difference between the away end and the home blocks next to the away end?

I just spoke to Club regarding my booking with Thomas Cook they said as I am only a member I would have to wait and see if any were left after going on sale to season ticket holders, so that would be next wednesday!!!
So it doesn't look like thomas cook just get a proportion of the tickets for fans who book with them, I'm gutted I know I have no chance, Thomas Cook took the money out of my bank on 3rd September for 2 of us £580!!
Looks like a big refund interest on my credit card and no ticket!
We four are going anyway, see what happens on day.

I don't think that the breathlyser, which also gets mentioned, is an actual French legal requirement for drivers, although I stand to be corrected on this.

No speed camera alerts on a sat nav allowed over there, or locations in an atlas.

some newer ones just have where they are as "Dangerous Stretch of Road" to get around it but apparently it IS something they check, I know a fella that got a €90 fine and it was turned off and in his glovebox.

I'd have 'em for here like..... or just don't speed, you could knock up more points than required to win the Premier League between here and Dover.

I set 1 off in France, haven't heard anything yet so doubt I will, they can add the fine to the ones I owe SNCF from the 90's (£160 ish back then) when I went all the way through France and the only Ticket I paid for was on the Paris Metro, 6 Francs.

If you've still got any Francs btw they let you spend them in shops & bars and it actually works out about 30% cheaper.

Car parking looks difficult in central Lille itself. However, there are some slightly bigger car parks on the edge of town, right next door to some 'yellow line' metro stations.

There's one in the centre too which is pretty big called Euralille. It's between the two train stations, few minutes walk from each, so about 5 mins from the main square.

I set the same one off 4 times between Lille and Calais - never got a letter. All the French people I asked about it said they won't do an English plate.

Plus I know for a fact they can't put points on a UK licence. If you live there they try to make you hand it in for a French licence so they can do you.

Apparently the lower is only the corner so majority will be in the upper tier, like over 4k of the allocation, if you look at the pic from the krasnodar game though you can see block H in upper is empty as blues all bought the 3 match pack, and also the lower behind the goal is the same as well so if Blues bought all those empty seats then there's gonna be loads of us there, if folk then go and buy an away end ticket as well then there'll be tons of spares as well.

There's a pic somewhere when the teams are coming out and the right hand end didnt really get any fuller than that.

Z-Cars from our end when they come out will drown out anything that they do, if they show them in the tunnel on the screen and we fire up then it'll feel like a home game for the lads.
Won't it feel more like an away game? Considering Goodison is always silent lol
