I never watch any of the singing part but I do find the scoring part entertaining. I particularly like the bits where the Irish commentator pretends to be British and sympathise with the British contestant.

... and has been for decades. Indeed, I think 90% of people who voted for Brexit did so believing it'd get us out of Eurovision.

That said, every song last night was better than everything on the new Arctic Monkeys album, so that's something.

I have been in some clubs. where better turns have been paid off, and I would wager that the license payers of the good old U.K. are paying a massive amount towards the cost, unbelievable load of dross, there feel better now mate.
