Eloquently phrased imo, especially the last minute
That should never, ever be an issue. Medical professionals are employed to ensure people's welfare regardless of who emoploys them. There is a wider issue that football does have to look at which is the conflict of interests that can occur between medical professionals who are employed by the club and the need for the club to win football matches.

Thanks for clearing that up mate.btw - I use bold to highlight the relevant parts of a quote I am referring to for those that where wondering
You're a heaving anus of a man and everyone thinks you're a tit.@LinekersLegs
There's nothing in that video I disagree with. This is what I wrote.
"My final view on this matter is while Mourinho wasn't right from a medical standpoint he probably was from a tactical football standpoint. Carneiro was right from a medical standpoint but shouldn't have posted on Facebook even if she thought he was wrong. Mourinho was right from a football standpoint when removing her from the first team and it's debatable if he's right or wrong from a legal standpoint but I suspect he's in the right."
Mourinho is a manager that has consistently broken the rules to win football matches. The man hid in a laundry basket so he could get into the dressing room. The fact that technically by the rule book she is right doesn't change anything because that was never in question.
What this doesn't do is excuse her for publicly undermining him on Facebook or mean he doesn't have the right to reassign her which is the basis of the case and the thread.
He's the first team manager he can decide who he wants on his bench and who he doesn't. You can disagree with his choice and personally I disagree with Martinez's team selection every week but I don't claim he doesn't have right to choose that team.

You can stick your tongue up Mourinho's bum and suck all the football knowledge you want for the rest of your days but ultimately, you'll make still make no sense to the rest of the forum because of a crippling inability to accept other peoples viewpoints and a desire to always be right despite all evidence proving otherwise.@LinekersLegs

It's a bit hypocritical to say I don't accept anyone else's viewpoint when most people don't accept mine. You can stick your tongue up Mourinho's bum and suck all the football knowledge you want for the rest of your days but ultimately, you'll make still make no sense to the rest of the forum because of a crippling inability to accept other peoples viewpoints and a desire to always be right despite all evidence proving otherwise.
I agree that's the way things should work and that's even the intention of the law of the game but as long as the manager has the power to remove medics from his team which we saw last season with Martinez you will always get a conflict of interest. In a medical situation, the medics are in charge. Nobody should be allowed to undermine them. they have to be allowed to err on the side of caution without fear of reprisal. If it goes wrong, it isn't the manager who will take the blame.
