Right, this is getting a bit silly. And it looks a bit mean too, which isn't what I want to be. I like this guy, I like his club.
But anyway, here's a summary of my views:
Good youth set ups are just as important as big bucks.
Spending millions and millions, may get you short term success, but those debts become hard to pay off. Come back to me when Chelsea are still at the top, with even books.
Birmingham aren't going under, but they're not going to really achieve imo. They've got a smart manager, so I'm sure they'll use their wealth wisely. But like Matt said, youth teams are important. I fail to see how Birmingham are going to get good players any other way than spending. And when I say good, I don't mean 9th place good. I mean top 4/trophy winning good. I can't see them doing it. But good luck to them.
